I’m a writing expert and therapeutic writing facilitator, here to support you in deepening your connection to your story, your emotions, and your capacity to heal.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve guided hundreds of people through the writing process, first as a university instructor, and now through my healing practice.

Over time, I discovered the deeper medicine of writing. Therapeutic writing creates a space to meet yourself honestly. It gives voice to the parts of you that have been silenced or overlooked. Through this practice, you can release what feels heavy—fear, shame, grief—and begin to make room for clarity, compassion, and peace.

At the heart of Shanti Girl Healing is the belief that you are your own healer. Writing becomes the way we remember, integrate, and come home to ourselves. It invites us to honor both our shadow and our light, without needing to fix or hide. This work takes courage, and I honor yours.
